(a) Display.-- A transportation network company shall display the authority's e-mail address for the reporting of violations of this title or orders or regulations of the authority on its publicly accessible Internet website and on the digital receipt provided to each passenger. (b) Charges.-- A transportation network company shall report a driver that has been charged with any crime for conduct alleged to have occurred while providing a prearranged ride to the authority within 48 hours of learning of the criminal charge, including any crime involving the use of drugs or alcohol. (c) Removal.-- A transportation network company shall report a driver that it has removed from its digital network upon determination that the driver violated this title or an order or regulation of the authority.
