(a) Regulations.-- The commission may promulgate regulations to implement this chapter. (b) Agent for service of process.-- By acting as an athlete agent in this Commonwealth, a nonresident individual appoints the secretary as the individual's agent for service of process in a civil action in this Commonwealth related to the individual acting as an athlete agent in this Commonwealth. (c) Subpoenas.-- The commission may issue a subpoena for material which is relevant to the administration of this chapter.
