A person licensed as a professional bondsman prior to the effective date of this act shall be licensed as an insurance producer in accordance with Article VI-A of the act of May 17, 1921 (P.L.789, No.285), known as The Insurance Department Act of 1921. 2015, DECEMBER 28, P.L.559, NO.94
