Within 180 days of the effective date of this act, the Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing shall, for the purpose of advising the General Assembly concerning future prison construction expenditures, publish projected increases in the State prison population resulting from implementation of this act. 1995, NOVEMBER 17, 1st SP.SESS., P.L.1118, NO.32
