Article III of this act shall be deemed a part of section 2(a) of the act of April 28, 1978 (P.L.202, No.53), known as the "Judiciary Act Repealer Act" for purposes of section 3 of that act. 1982, DECEMBER 20, P.L.1409, NO.326
