Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed as imposing a duty upon a person licensed under the act of February 19, 1980 (P.L.15, No.9), known as the Real Estate Licensing and Registration Act, or an employee of the person, to disclose any information regarding an individual required to be included in the registry pursuant to this subchapter. 2021 Unconstitutionality. Section 9799.37 was declared unconstitutional as applied by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Commonwealth v. Santana, 266 A.3d 528 (Pa. 2021). 2019 Unconstitutionality.
