(a) General rule.-- The City and County of Philadelphia and the County of Allegheny shall furnish the personnel of the appellate courts of this Commonwealth with such accommodations and facilities as may be required by order of the governing authority. (b) Exception.-- Subsection (a) shall not apply to any county in which the Pennsylvania Judicial Center may be located. Pennsylvania Judicial Center. Section 24(c) of Act 142 of 1976 provided that, for the purposes of section 3704(b), the Pennsylvania Judicial Center shall not be deemed to be located in a county until the facilities specified in section 3704(a) are provided by the center.
