The following words and phrases when used in this subchapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: "Board." The Pennsylvania Parole Board. "Commission." The Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing established in section 2151.2 (relating to commission). "Department." The Department of Corrections of the Commonwealth.
