(a) Applicability.-- Nothing in this chapter shall apply to self-insured health benefit plans subject to ERISA or exempted from ERISA under section 4(b) of ERISA. (b) Content and timing of notices.-- Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to affect or change the time or content of a disclosure or document required to be provided to a plan sponsor under Federal or State law.
