Section 27 of this act reenacts and amends 4 Pa.C.S. § 1403(c)(2). The Department of Revenue shall implement the reenactment and amendment of the provision as follows: (1) The department shall apply the reenactment without the amendment retroactively to May 27, 2017. (2) The department shall apply the reenactment with the amendment prospectively after December 31, 2017.
