(a) Unlawful gambling.-- The provisions of 18 Pa.C.S. § 5513 (relating to gambling devices, gambling, etc.) shall not apply to a fantasy contest conducted in accordance with this chapter. (b) Pool selling and bookmaking.-- The provisions of 18 Pa.C.S. § 5514 (relating to pool selling and bookmaking) shall not apply to a fantasy contest conducted in accordance with this chapter. (c) Lotteries.-- The provisions of 18 Pa.C.S. § 5512 (relating to lotteries, etc.) shall not apply to a fantasy contest conducted in accordance with this chapter. (d) State Lottery Law.-- This chapter shall not apply to a fantasy contest or similar product authorized under the act of August 26, 1971 (P.L.351, No.91), known as the State Lottery Law, and authorized solely by the department and the Division of the State Lottery or iLottery under Chapter 5 (relating to lottery).
