(a) General rule.-- No person shall operate a place of public accommodation, club, including a club or association limited to dues-paying members or similar restricted groups, or similar establishment in which computer terminals or similar access devices are advertised or made available to be used principally for the purpose of accessing authorized interactive games. No interactive gaming certificate holder or interactive gaming operator shall offer or make available computer terminals or similar access devices to be used principally for the purpose of accessing interactive games within a licensed facility. (b) Construction.-- Nothing in this section shall be construed to require the owner or operator of a hotel or motel or other public place of general use in this Commonwealth to prohibit or block guests from playing authorized interactive games on their own computers or other devices. (c) Computer access.-- An interactive gaming certificate holder or interactive gaming operator shall prevent registered players within a licensed facility from accessing authorized interactive games on the registered player's own computers or other devices through the use of geospatial technologies.
