Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to: (1) Create a separate license governing the use of multi-use computing devices for the conduct of interactive games at qualified airports by interactive gaming certificate holders within this Commonwealth. (2) Limit the board's authority to determine the suitability of any person who may be directly or indirectly involved in or associated with the operation of interactive gaming at a qualified airport or to ensure the integrity of interactive gaming and protect the public interest.
