(a) Authority to issue.-- Subject to the limitations of subsection (b), the commission is authorized to issue complimentary nonresident hunting licenses to any of the following: (1) The Chief Executive of the United States. (2) The governor of any state. (3) Authorized representatives of the conservation agencies of other states. (4) Federal officials engaged in conservation work. (5) Authorized officials of national conservation organizations. (6) Conservation officials of any foreign country or major subdivisions of that foreign country. (7) Representatives of the press, television, movie or other media whose activities enhance tourism potential for the Commonwealth. (b) Limitation.-- Complimentary licenses issued under subsection (a) shall be limited to 100 annually. (c) Fees.-- All complimentary licenses shall be issued without fee and shall be designated in a unique manner by the commission. (d) Report.-- The commission shall make an annual report listing each person who received a license under subsection (a) to all of the following: (1) The Appropriations Committee of the Senate. (2) The Appropriations Committee of the House of Representatives. (3) The Game and Fisheries Committee of the Senate. (4) The Game and Fisheries Committee of the House of Representatives.
