(a) Creation.-- The Water Facilities Loan Board is hereby created as a departmental administrative board in the Department of Environmental Resources. (b) Membership.-- (Repealed). (c) Quorum.-- A quorum for the conduct of business shall be at least five members of the board or their alternates. (d) Staff services.-- (Repealed). (e) Termination.-- (Repealed). References in Text. The Department of Environmental Resources, referred to in subsec. (a), was abolished by Act 18 of 1995. Its functions were transferred to the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and the Department of Environmental Protection.
