The following shall apply: (1) The addition of 3 Pa.C.S. § 9336(b), (c), (d), (e)(1) and (f) shall apply retroactively to February 23, 2016. (2) The addition of 3 Pa.C.S. § 9336(a.1), (b.1), (d.1) and (e)(2) shall apply January 1, 2017. 2019, JULY 1, P.L.247, NO.34
