Except to the extent they are inconsistent with any provision of this act, the rules, regulations and standards adopted by the department prior to the effective date of this act under authority of the statutes repealed in section 8 of this act, shall continue in effect unless subsequently modified or superseded by regulations promulgated by the Secretary of Agriculture of the Commonwealth. 2016, OCTOBER 28, P.L.913, NO.114
