Moneys received from license fees, registration fees, inspection fees, fines and penalties shall be paid into the Agronomic Regulatory Account established in section 6831 (relating to disposition of funds). All moneys in the Agronomic Regulatory Account are hereby appropriated to the department for the purposes of this chapter, Chapter 68 (relating to fertilizer), Chapter 71 (relating to seed) and the promotion of soil health improvement practices generally. Disposition of funds. Partial Repeal. Section 3(3) of Act 46 of 2017 provided that Chapter 71 is repealed insofar as it is inconsistent with the addition of Chapter 15.
