Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to abrogate or supersede any provision or regulation adopted under: (1) The act of July 2, 1935 (P.L.589, No.210), referred to as the Milk Sanitation Law, the act of August 8, 1961 (P.L.975, No.436), referred to as the Milk Adulteration and Labeling Act, and the act of September 1, 1965 (P.L.420, No.215), known as The Frozen Dessert Law. (2) Subchapter A (relating to retail food facility safety). References in Text. The act of September 1, 1965 (P.L.420, No.215), known as The Frozen Dessert Law, referred to in this section, was repealed by the act of November 6, 2023 (P.L.167, No.27).
