The board shall have the authority to: (1) Implement the requirements of 24 Pa.C.S. Pt. IV pertaining to school employees on USERRA leave or who have been granted a leave of absence under 51 Pa.C.S. § 4102, a leave of absence under 24 Pa.C.S. Pt. IV or a military leave of absence under 51 Pa.C.S. § 7302. (2) Establish administrative, reporting and payment requirements and processes pertaining to the leaves applicable to employers and members.
