Contribution rates shall remain in effect until June 30, 2010, as follows: (1) Notwithstanding the provisions of this act, the employer contribution rates certified by the Public School Employees' Retirement Board for fiscal year 2009-2010 shall remain in effect until June 30, 2010. (2) Notwithstanding the provisions of this act, the employer contribution rates certified by the State Employees' Retirement Board for fiscal year 2009-2010 shall remain in effect until June 30, 2010.
