(a) School employees.-- Nothing in this act shall be construed or deemed to imply that, but for the expressed applications of the limitations on benefits under section 415 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (Public Law 99-514, 26 U.S.C. § 415), as amended, those limitations would not otherwise apply to members of the Public School Employees' Retirement System and the benefits payable pursuant to 24 Pa.C.S.
