Applicability is as follows: (1) Subject to paragraph (2), the addition of 20 Pa.C.S. Ch. 59 applies to guardianship and protective proceedings begun on or after the effective date of this act. (2) The addition of the following provisions of 20 Pa.C.S. Ch. 59 apply to proceedings begun before the effective date of this section, regardless of whether a guardianship or protective order has been issued: (i) Subchapter A. (ii) Subchapter C. (iii) Subchapter D. (iv) Subchapter E. 2014, JULY 2, P.L.855, NO.95
