Upon availability of funding established under 20 Pa.C.S. § 8622(b)(3), the Department of Education, in cooperation with the Department of Health and organ procurement organizations, shall establish a program that can be used for secondary education purposes, which shall include: (1) Information about State law relating to anatomical gifts, including how to become an organ donor.
