If a provision of a mental health power of attorney conflicts with: (1) The provision of another mental health power of attorney or with a provision of a declaration, the provision of the instrument latest in date of execution shall prevail to the extent of the conflict. (2) A power of attorney, the provision in the mental health power of attorney shall prevail to the extent of the conflict regardless of the date of execution.
