The grounds and the procedure for the removal or discharge of a guardian and his surety and the effect of such removal or discharge shall be the same as are set forth in this title relating to the removal and discharge of a personal representative and his surety, with regard to the following: (1) Grounds for removal, as in section 3182 (relating to grounds for removal). (2) Procedure for and effect of removal, as in section 3183 (relating to procedure for and effect of removal), for which purpose the minor shall be deemed a party in interest. (3) Discharge of guardian and surety, as in section 3184 (relating to discharge of personal representative and surety). SUBCHAPTER E POWERS, DUTIES AND LIABILITIES; IN GENERAL Sec. 5141.
