A person commits a misdemeanor of the third degree if, without the authority of the labor union or unions interested, such person: (1) uses any union label registered under Chapter 13 of Title 54 (relating to insignia); (2) uses any such union label on goods which are not the product of the members of the union or unions owning such label; or (3) sells or offers for sale any goods knowing that such goods bear a union label whose use on such goods is not authorized by the union or unions owning such label.
