(a) Offense defined.-- A person is guilty of criminal homicide if he intentionally, knowingly, recklessly or negligently causes the death of another human being. (b) Classification.-- Criminal homicide shall be classified as murder, voluntary manslaughter, or involuntary manslaughter.
