An obligee of the authority shall have the right, in addition to all other rights which may be conferred on the obligee, subject only to any contractual restrictions binding upon the obligee: (1) By mandamus, suit, action or proceeding at law or in equity, to compel the authority and authority members, officers, agents or employees to perform each and every term, provision and covenant contained in any bond or contract of the authority with or for the benefit of the obligee and to require the carrying out of covenants and agreements of the authority and the fulfillment of all duties imposed upon the authority by this subchapter. (2) By proceeding in equity, to obtain an injunction against any acts or things which may be unlawful or the violation of any of the rights of the obligee.
