A county constructing a bridge or making any other capital improvement or major repairs under this chapter may, under a resolution adopted by the county commissioners, incur indebtedness and borrow money under this section. A county may levy and collect on all taxable property in the county, in addition to all other taxes, for the purposes of servicing indebtedness under this section. CHAPTER 169 ROADS Subchapter A.
