(a) Treasurers.-- An individual may not be eligible to the office of county auditor if the individual has been the treasurer of the county within the previous two years. (b) Officers.-- An individual holding the office of county auditor may not at the same time hold an office or employment for the county or for a municipal authority of which the county is a member. A county auditor may not be employed in an administrative position by a school district or organization or entity that may be audited by the board of auditors. A county auditor may not hold an elected or appointed office or serve as a manager for a municipal corporation in the county.
