(a) General rule.-- Information maintained or administered by or on behalf of a corporation or other association in the regular course of its business or activities, including shareholder or membership records, books of account and minute books, may be kept in record form. (b) Meaning of "written".-- References in this title to a document in writing or to a written provision of an agreement or other document shall be deemed to include and be satisfied by a document or provision of an agreement or document in record form.
