The Department of State is authorized to prescribe a fee schedule to implement 13 Pa.C.S. § 9525. The following apply to the fee schedule: (1) The fee schedule shall be published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin. (2) The fee schedule is not a regulation and is not subject to: (i) section 612 of the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, No.175), known as The Administrative Code of 1929; (ii) the act of July 31, 1968 (P.L.769, No.240), referred to as the Commonwealth Documents Law; (iii) section 204(b) of the act of October 15, 1980 (P.L.950, No.164), known as the Commonwealth Attorneys Act; or (iv) the act of June 25, 1982 (P.L.633, No.181), known as the Regulatory Review Act. (3) The fee schedule shall expire on the earlier of: (i) September 30, 2001; or (ii) the effective date of regulations promulgated under 13 Pa.C.S. § 9525(d). 2008, APRIL 16, P.L.57, NO.13
