The addition of 12 Pa.C.S. Ch. 30 is a continuation of sections 6, 7 and 7.1 of the act of May 17, 1956 (1955 P.L.1609, No.537), known as the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority Act. Except as otherwise provided in 12 Pa.C.S. Ch. 30, all activities initiated under sections 6, 7 and 7.1 of the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority Act shall continue and remain in full force and effect and may be completed under 12 Pa.C.S. Ch. 30. Orders, regulations, rules and decisions which were made under sections 6, 7 and 7.1 of the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority Act and which are in effect on the effective date of section 10(2)(ii), (iii) and (iv) of this act shall remain in full force and effect until revoked, vacated or modified under 12 Pa.C.S. Ch. 30. Contracts, obligations and collective bargaining agreements entered into under sections 6, 7 and 7.1 of the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority Act are not affected nor impaired by the repeal of sections 6, 7 and 7.1 of the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority Act. 2017, DECEMBER 22, P.L.1249, NO.78
