Oregon Code § ORS 97.210

Exceptions to application of ORS 97.170 to 97.200; rules

The body of any person who died of smallpox, diphtheria, scarlet fever or other disease that the Oregon Health Authority, by rule, may prescribe, shall not be subject to the provisions of ORS 97.170 to 97.200. [Amended by 1977 c.582 2; 2009 c.595 62]
