Services and merchandise offered under a transportation protection agreement shall not be considered funeral merchandise, funeral services, prearrangement sales or a prearrangement sales contract. Note: 97.012 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 97 or any series therein by legislative action.
