Oregon Code § ORS 87.075

Exemption of building materials from attachment by third persons

When a person furnishes or procures materials for use in the construction of an improvement, those materials are not subject to attachment, execution or other legal process to enforce any debt due by the purchaser of the materials, except a debt due for the purchase money thereof, so long as in good faith the materials are about to be applied to the construction of the improvement. [Amended by 1975 c.466 23]
