Oregon Code § ORS 836.636

Vertiports

(1) As used in this section:
(a) Local government has the meaning given that term in ORS 174.116.
(b) Vertiport means an area of land or a structure used, or intended to be used, for vertical takeoff and landing aircraft.
(2) The governing body of a local government may not grant an exclusive right to one operator to develop vertiports or control vertiport operations within the local governments jurisdiction.
