The Department of Transportation may not issue a vehicle dealer certificate authorizing a person to deal exclusively in motorcycles, mopeds, Class I all-terrain vehicles or snowmobiles or any combination of those vehicles. Note: 822.022 was added to and made a part of the Oregon Vehicle Code by legislative action but was not added to ORS chapter 822 or any series therein.
