Oregon Code § ORS 821.174

Prohibition on operating Class I, Class III or Class IV all-terrain vehicle while driving privileges suspended

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a person may not operate a Class I, Class III or Class IV all-terrain vehicle while the persons driving privileges are suspended or revoked. A person who violates this section is in violation of ORS 811.175 or 811.182, as appropriate.
Note: 821.174 was added to and made a part of ORS chapter 821 by legislative action but was not added to any smaller series therein. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
