Each of the following is a requirement for a high beam indicator: (1) A high beam indicator shall be constructed so as to be lighted when, and only when, the uppermost distribution of light from the headlights is in use. (2) A high beam indicator shall be so designed and located that when lighted it will be readily visible to the driver of the vehicle so equipped. (3) A high beam indicator shall be without glare to the driver of the vehicle so equipped.
