(1) A person commits the offense of dangerous movement of a stopped, standing or parked vehicle if the person moves a vehicle so stopped, standing or parked when the movement cannot be made with reasonable safety. (2) The offense described in this section, dangerous movement of a stopped, standing or parked vehicle, is a Class B traffic violation.
