(1) A person commits the offense of unlawfully operating a racing activity vehicle on a highway if the person operates a racing activity vehicle on a highway that has a speed limit or posted speed that is greater than 55 miles per hour. (2) The offense described in this section, unlawfully operating a racing activity vehicle on a highway, is a Class B traffic violation. Note: 811.514 was added to and made a part of the Oregon Vehicle Code by legislative action but was not added to ORS chapter 811 or any series therein.
