Oregon Code § ORS 811.183

Department of Transportation data; admission into evidence in prosecution

A court shall, at the request of a party to a prosecution for driving while suspended or revoked in violation of ORS 811.175 or 811.182, admit into evidence data prepared or recorded by the Department of Transportation that details the suspension of a persons driving privileges.
Note: 811.183 was added to and made a part of the Oregon Vehicle Code by legislative action but was not added to ORS chapter 811 or any series therein. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
