Oregon Code § ORS 811.158

School buses; stop arm cameras; disbursement of moneys received from payment of fines

After a city or county receives moneys under ORS 153.633 or 153.640, as a result of a conviction of failure to stop for bus safety lights, in violation of ORS 811.155, the city or county shall disburse all of the moneys to an education provider if:
(1) The citation was issued on the basis of evidence provided by a stop arm camera; and
(2) The education provider had the stop arm camera installed.
Note: 811.158 was added to and made a part of the Oregon Vehicle Code by legislative action but was not added to ORS chapter 811 or any series therein. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
