(1) The Department of Transportation, in consultation with the Oregon Tourism Commission and Travel Salem, shall design the wine country registration plates issued under ORS 805.266. (2) Except as otherwise required by subsection (1) of this section, wine country registration plates shall comply with the requirements of ORS 803.535.
