(1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, all meetings of the board shall be open to the public and all persons shall be permitted to attend any meeting. (2) In addition to matters which may be considered in executive session under ORS 192.660, the board may also meet in executive session to: (a) Consider preliminary negotiations for an export trading project involving financial or commercial information which the board in good faith determines should be kept confidential. (b) Review the operation, modification, enlargement or abandonment of an export trading project involving financial or commercial information which the board in good faith determines should be kept confidential. (3) In its discretion the board may allow representatives of the news media to attend executive sessions held under subsection (2)(a) and (b) of this section on such terms and conditions as the board may prescribe.
