Consistent with the purposes, functions and powers granted to it by law, a port may provide research or technical assistance for the planning, promotion or implementation of commercial, industrial or economic development projects upon request by any public body as defined in ORS 174.109 within the boundaries of the port. Note: 777.113 was added to and made a part of ORS chapter 777 by legislative action but was not added to any smaller series therein. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
