(1) As used in this section, electric utility has the meaning given that term in ORS 757.600. (2) ORS 757.963 and 757.966 do not affect the terms or conditions of an easement held by an electric utility over private land as of July 19, 2021. Note: 757.968 and 757.969 were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 757 or any series therein by legislative action.
