For purposes of ORS chapter 757, the term public utility does not include a peoples utility district organized under ORS chapter 261 or an electric cooperative organized under ORS chapter 62. Note: 757.006 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 757 or any series therein by legislative action.
